Kim serves the firm as Practice Manager, where she brings knowledge and procedures from national and international experience. Her background is as a non-profit and business consultant for 25 years. Prior to that she established a not-for-profit medical clinic for which she served as CEO for 14 years. With experience from day-to-day operations to strategic growth, Kim was invited to join an international media organization and establish a department to coalesce existing initiatives and launch new ones to serve clinics around the country. While there, she developed a national model for program outcomes and trained over 150 clinics in statistical analysis and its application to key improvement methods.
Kim has been a public speaker, conference trainer and published writer – having created instructional manuals and process templates for national initiatives, as well as many periodic articles. She leverages her experience to assist with the firm’s day to day operations, policies, and client relationships.
