Robert has over 20 years of experience in contracts, corporate law, real estate transactions, mergers & acquisition, secured transactions, debtor-creditor law, bankruptcy, and employment law. His time working with companies and individuals in business transactions and disputes, as well as representing debtor and creditors in Chapter 11, has given him the insight and ability to draft contracts and structure transactions that are effective, transparent, and free from ambiguity. In addition to his general corporate work, Robert often assists dentists and physicians setting up, expanding, and winding down their practices, and companies with non-litigation employment issues.
Before joining Conroy Baran, Robert served as the long-term clerk to the Hon. Jerry W. Venters, Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Missouri.
