Chet focuses his practice on corporate, commercial, and technology transactions. He has served as an attorney at several law firms and also as in-house counsel at a technology company. He has experience in technology transactions, data privacy matters, and startup ventures. In addition to handling a wide range of business transactions, Chet also has significant experience advising companies establishing and operating overseas, including in China and Southeast Asia, where he resided for a number of years. Chet is an avid outdoor traveler, climber, and Scuba diver.
