Ben represents companies in a wide array of industries on formations, contracts, governance, regulatory compliance, and trademarks/copyrights. Ben has worked with businesses of all sizes, from solo start-ups to international corporations, often serving as an outside general counsel to provide for or manage all of their legal needs.
Prior to joining Conroy Baran, Ben served as Chief Legal Officer for a company in the dietary supplement and cosmetic industry, working with industry partners across the globe. Building on his experience founding and running multiple start-ups, Ben takes a proactive approach to advising clients not only on existing legal crises, but on business and operations strategies to save money by avoiding legal pitfalls in the future.
