Eric J. Brauninger

Eric is passionate about transactional law and helping companies accomplish their goals. Eric has experience in bioscience, technology, state and federal regulation, healthcare, mergers and acquisition, and tax exempt entities. He regularly advises and provides insight into corporate matters and governance. He has worked on deals with clients ranging across multiple industries, including software, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Eric served as a Captain in the United States Army and deployed twice to Afghanistan.
