He is a frequent lecturer at educational events for attorneys, accountants and other professionals on estate, elder law, business and tax planning, business succession, retirement planning, planned charitable giving strategies and family wealth protection.
Chris focuses his practice on financial and healthcare powers of attorney, wills, living wills/advanced medical directives, HIPAA authorizations, deeds, revocable living trusts, life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable trusts, intentional grantor irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, corporations (S, C, and Non-profit), buy-sell agreements, estate tax planning strategies, and long-term care planning.
Chris received his bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Missouri-Columbia after completing a double major in finance and economics. Chris earned his juris doctor from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
