Candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience in transactional-related law, such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, real estate, commercial contracting (especially software and technology), or secured transactions.
Our firm culture is relaxed and flexible and we have great relationships. The ability to work collaboratively on complex transactions and sophisticated matters is essential.
Salary is commensurate with experience with a generous bonus and origination structure available. Must be licensed in Missouri and/or Kansas.
