Anthony leeks

Anthony is a corporate and transactional attorney whose practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and commercial real estate. He has represented clients in a number of settings, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, real estate development, financing, and leasing transactions. Anthony assists clients throughout all stages of a transaction, from structuring and due diligence through negotiating and drafting transaction documents to closing. He also advises on secured transactions and corporate governance matters.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he served as President of the Black Law Students Association and Sports Law Society and competed on the Moot Court Council. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership from the University of Kansas, where he was a member of the Kansas football team and earned Academic All-Big 12 honors.

Outside the office, Anthony is an avid Jayhawk who enjoys sports, fitness, reading, and fishing, and values spending time with family and friends.
