Aaron Othmer

Aaron’s practice primarily focuses on transactional matters, including real estate, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate, and contract negotiation and drafting, including loans, security agreements, guarantees, and subordination agreements. Before joining Conroy Baran, Aaron focused his practice primarily on real estate matters, debtor-creditor law, and secured transactions. He has represented clients in a number of title insurance claims, suits on promissory notes, foreclosures, and cases involving breach of contract, lien priorities, commercial real estate and other real property issues.
